All prices are in US dollars. We accept MasterCard, Visa, or money orders denominated in US dollars. Once your credit card is validated or we receive your money order, we will process your shipment. The product availability will be posted on our website. Product delivery takes 3 to 10 business days inside the United States of America. UPS 2 day delivery is available for an additional shipping and handling charge. For items shipped within the United States: International deliveries: All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of product and in the original, salable condition and in its original package without any damage along with proof and date of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and the original shipping and handling charge. WARRANTY AND REPAIR INFORMATION The hardware products offered by Smart21.com, Inc are warranted against defective materials, except battery, or workmanship for six months from the date of original purchase. Equipment covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent equipment at our option. When returning your equipment for warranty service, shipping charges and a check or money order for $5.95 for return postage and handling charges must be prepaid.
